Congruence

When i was undertaking studies for my MBA, one of the subjects was focused on the work of Chris Argyris.

The main thrust of my introduction to this work is that people behave with varying levels of congruence with their espoused beliefs.  The closer that a persons behaviour matches their beliefs, the more congruent that person is said to be.

The most humorous example that I remember is that of the manager who tells his subordinates that he has an “open door policy” and then ruthlessly admonishes anyone that attempts to make use of the policy.

My approach to critical thinking and towards the people with whom i have dealings with is often done with the use of the model of congruence.  This is probably my version of what people think of as “trust”.  Does this person demonstrate congruence between their actions and their espoused views?

Frank, this is my third night and have already turned my sister and and a friend onto this work. enthusiasm

humanity with espoused views based in prosperity creates an ionic exchange growing into congruency rather a greater sense of congruency

The possible thought I just had for the first time is congruency based in believing in the future projection of haven and hell after we transition is, I feel impossible. Sure one can appear or even be congruent on the surface however, I feel the higher part of us or the inner most being is always out of congruency with the thoughts (thoughts control the nerves the nerves control the muscle and the muscle controls the bone, in body alignment) thus any thought based in 1/2 brain function activating and elevates the roughly 16 polypeptides amino acid chains known as emotions and they do not feel good. This causes the entire system to actually start breaking down after a short time. Good Stress is welcomed however the stress that comes from prolonged, (prolonged seems to be anything over 15 minutes ) fight or flight aka survival, can and does deteriorate the body. Which is all good cause life and death seem to be the same or rather two stopping post along the way.
